Checking In (ID Policy)

Each ICE® fitness member is issued a membership card when they sign up.  This card entitles the member access to fitness facilities.  This card is NOT transferable. 

Membership cards that are used by individuals other than the owner will be confiscated and refused entry into the facility.  The owner whose card was confiscated must meet with ICE® administrative personnel to determine his/her eligibility for renewal. 

Please notify lost membership cards immediately to the reception desk so the key tag can be disabled.    There is a replacement fee for lost key tags.  It is the responsibility of each member to secure their key tag.

Upon arriving at ICE®, you must scan your membership card at the reception desk. 

This card is also required to open the door to the fitness area.

Members can also use a key to one of the lockers located in the fitness locker rooms and/or bath towel.  To receive a locker key and/or bath towel, members must sign a form at the reception desk.  There is a replacement fee for lost fitness locker keys and/or bath towels.
