You’ll advance quickly with regular practice! Pilates conditioning develops core abdominal and back strength by working from the inside out, helping you build optimal strength, flexibility, endurance and posture, without building bulk or stressing your joints.

This is your “ultimate” class! Get ready for an intense and unique body sculpting experience. This class combines the reformer and jump boards to boost your heart rate and rev up calorie burn. Be prepared to sweat!
“Long, Lean and Strong” Wednesdays @ 6:45PM with Susan Helms, Thursdays @ 8:00AM with Kristy Newlands and Saturdays @ 8:00AM with rotating instructors (call for specific instructor that day)
