PILATES

Pilates is an exercise system that is focused on building strength without bulk and helping to prevent injury. The primary focus is on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility. The outcome of Pilates training is a balanced body that is strong, lean and long. With Pilates you can expect an increase in flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness, as well as a decrease in back pain or other general pains.
