Hatha Yoga

The branch of yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha Yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a true mind-body connection.  Hatha classes are perfect for the practitioner who prefers slow, steady practice and time to move slowly in and out of each posture.

 

Power Flow Yoga

Ready to sweat? This is all levels, rigorous yoga class incorporates a series of demanding strength postures that will have you moving, breathing, and sweating. This class focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you in all postures. Set to energizing music in a heated, climate-controlled room. This is a great compliment to your existing cardio, strength, barre, or Pilates training program. (You don’t have to be able to touch your toes to participate!)
