Group Fitness Class Descriptions
BOXING FUSION:
Come experience what all the MMA Fighters are using to chisel their bodies. A cardio kickboxing format with different circuits to challenge every body part.Be ready to shed calories and bring gloves if you have them.
BODY PUMP®:
It’s the fastest way to shape up and lose fat. It’s the ultimate strength training class using hot sounds and a barbell. All fitness levels welcome!
ROPE X:
You will jump jump jump! Jump rope is an excellent conditioner and/or warm-up to another class. It is a total body activity that incorporates all the muscles and helps prevent injuries. It targets your anaerobic energy systems to burn lots of calories and develops fast twitch muscles to improve speed, quickness, agility, balance, explosiveness, leg, knee, ankle and foot strength. All with just a rope! Must sign-up right before class to be sure to get a spot.
CIRCUIT FUSION:
Get the maximum cardio/stength workout that gets you the fastest results. Be prepared to be taken to the next limit and have some cardio endurance experience.
INSANE ABS:
Get thirty minutes of all abdominals! Upper, lower, side oblique's, and even it out with strengthening your back. You won't be disappointed.
ZUMBA HIP HOP:
A combo of Latin, African, R&B, Hip Hop & traditional dance step. Dance away the calories and melt away the abs while increasing your inner energy!
SILVER POWER:
A low impact class for those who want something easy to follow and good for the heart. A perfect class for beginners and seniors.
D60X:
HARD CORE ADVANCED CLASS
Are you ready to take your workout to a new level. This challenging strength & cardio workout does it all with the most current fitness trends! Get ready to work hard & see faster results! Bring it or just stay home.
WATER AEROBICS:
At the Holiday Inn Express on University Drive in Mishawaka. Please bring your key tag for admission.
PILOXING:
A combination of cardio kickboxing, Pilate's and Hi-Lo to burn the maximun amount of calories and fat.
SILVER STRETCH:
Perfect for the new person to fitness. This class will take you through a journey through the body learning proper breathing and basic alignment postures. Gently srtengthen your body and clear your mind.
WEIGH HARD CORE:
Your will have your hands full in this non-stop easy to fallow cardio class using light weights that you rarely put down.
REV CYCLE:
The cutting edge in group indoor cycling. A high energy workout for all fitness levels. Goals are based on resistance, RPM, and intensity. MUST RESERVE A BIKE AT THE FRONT DESK
C4:
Insanity! A combustion of extreme cardio and intense strength drills. If you are looking for an inner challenge this class is a must.
TOTAL TABATA:
This training technique is a very intense form of interval training. The basis of Tabata is 4 minutes of intense interval / circuit training with 60 seconds of rest. If weight loss is your goal, this is the class to do.
THE HARD RIDE:
In this class your will not only burn calories and get an intense cardio workout, you will tone your upper body and learn how to originate all movement from your core. New York City says, "Best workout ever"!
IRON WORKS:
Kettle bells, circuits, and extreme moves for the hard - core fitness person. Burn calories and increase your muscle mass to achieve a strong sculptured body.
TURBO KICK:
A high - intensity kickboxing workout designed to incinerate calories and sculpt your body. The energetic Turbo Kick workouts are set to the hottest dance music to make your workouts motivating and fun!
CARDIO CHISEL:
30 minutes of cardio 30 minutes of Abs, Gluts, and Lower body strength.
REV CYCLE STRENGTH:
Rev Cylce and Strength mixed to push your body past its zone. Perfect for the member that needs an extra push before a long weekend. Be ready to work!
