Group Fitness

All of our instructors are nationally certified, degreed in their field, or highly trained ensuring the highest standard of instruction. We are committed to bringing the best in innovative programming, along with the traditional industry favorite classes. Our Group Fitness schedule offers something for every age and ability from indoor group cycling to advanced step, kettlebells and yoga. Participants not only enjoy motivating classes together but might also grab a coffee after class.

Group Fitness Class Descriptions

BOXING CHALLENGE:
60 minutes of intense cardio kickboxing! Use boxing and kickboxing conditioning to build knockdown, drag-out, endurance and a champions body! Some shadow boxing and a lot of spar bag work. Building muscular and cardio endurance to help you go the distance! Boxing gloves a must. Gloves are provided by instructor.

PILATES:
Have our certified instructor help you sculpt a strong streamlined body, build core stability, enhance neuro-muscular coordination and improve balance.

CORE BOXING:
Looking for the best total body workout? Increase your muscular and cardio endurance and take your core strength to the next level. We make you sweat and make it fun.

BODY PUMP®:
It’s the fastest way to shape up and lose fat. It’s the ultimate strength training class using hot sounds and a barbell. All fitness levels welcome!

TOP 40:
The top classes ICE has to offer all in a 45 minute period. Warm-up with cardio dance, followed by BOSU, Step, kickboxing, kettlebells, and abs.

BOSU® CHALLENGE:
A multidimensional training class that integrates: Core, functional and balance training. BOSU Challenge combines cardiovascular intervals with balance training on the bosu.

ROPE X:
You will jump jump jump! Jump rope is an excellent conditioner and/or warm-up to another class. It is a total body activity that incorporates all the muscles and helps prevent injuries. It targets your anaerobic energy systems to burn lots of calories and develops fast twitch muscles to improve speed, quickness, agility, balance, explosiveness, leg, knee, ankle and foot strength. All with just a rope! Must sign-up right before class to be sure to get a spot.

KETTLEBELL CIRCUIT TRAINING:
This class is an intense cardio/strength workout using circuits and kettle bells to improve your fitness. Let our kettlebell trainer take your workout to the next level.

TRAINING CAMP:
Get the maximum cardio/stength workout that gets you the fastest results. Combination of step, bosu, hi/lo, and drills.

ICE® CHISELED:
Keep your cardio rate elevated while chiseling your body using weights and calisthenics to strengthen and reshape your muscles. 

ROCK BOTTOM:
It's all about the lower body. Reshape and refirm your lower half in this intense thirty minute workout. Abs, glutes, legs, and lower back - get ready to work!

INSANE ABS:
Get thirty minutes of all abdominals! Upper, lower, side oblique's, and even it out with strengthening your back. You won't be disappointed.

CORE POWER YOGA:
The multi-taskers dream, 60 minutes of core strengthening and whole body transformation when you learn each pose to and from your core you instantly gain balance, stamina, flexibility, and strength.

YOGA (MULTI-LEVEL):
This class allows for a variety of experience levels from beginning to advanced. The instructor will challenge the skill level of each participant. The methods taught are a blend of Bikram, Iyenger, Forrest and Vinyasa and will vary depending on the instructor.

REVCYCLING:
The cutting edge in group indoor cycling. A high-energy workout for all fitness levels. Goals are based on resistance, RPM range, and intensity to improve your fitness and performance. "Reserve a bike at the front desk". 

EXTREME CARDIO:
Combines non-stop cardio hi/lo and step. Enjoy better fitness while improving speed agility, and power. Suitable for intermediate to the elite aerobic athlete.

ZUMBA:
A combo of Latin, African, R&B, Hip Hop & traditional dance step. Dance away the calories and melt away the abs while increasing your inner energy!

SILVER POWER:
A low impact class for those who want something easy to follow and good for the heart. A perfect class for beginners and seniors.

D60X:
HARD CORE ADVANCED CLASS Are you ready to take your workout to a new level. This challenging strength & cardio workout does it all with the most current fitness trends! Get ready to work hard & see faster results! Bring it or just stay home.

HOT YOGA:
This class is intense. Be prepared to sweat out those toxins and improve flexiblity and strength. This class is a blend of bikram,lyenger,forrest and vinyasa yoga in a heated room (approx 80 degrees). If you have never experienced a Hot Yoga class try it, you are in for a treat.

CLUB ICE:
Come dance to the hottest music in this fun energetic cardio workout that gets your heart pumping and your body moving!

HARDCORE:
Go through a complete workout that is used to train the Secret Service, Navy Seals, and professional fighters. Medicine balls, KB's, ropes, and creative circuits. You will be asked to train outside the gym walls. Work yourself HARD all the way to your CORE!

THE DOWN LOW:
This fresh, low-impact, creative cardio/strength class will reshape your body by using different muscle groups simultaneously.

WEIGHT TRAINING:
Lift to lose weight and gain lean muscle using form, technique, and balance to tone and change your body composition.
