The original foundation of martial arts was the implementation of a system of developed techniques to defend one's self against an attacker or the threat of violence.

JUKO-KAI INTERNATIONAL was founded in the year of 1961, and is one of the oldest martial arts organizations in the United States. 

JUKO-KAI is dedicated to the preservation of the traditional combat martial arts.  The Juko Kai system of martial arts develops self defense skills for personal and family protection. 

JUKO-KAI at ICE® is available to anyone interested from 8 years of age to adult!
