Orientation
Orientations will Include:
FITNESS ASSESSMENT AND GOAL EVALUATION: This will include blood pressure, heart rate, body fat, body girth measurements, flexibility test, cardiovascular testing and a goal evaluation with a certified personal trainer.
FITNESS PROGRAM: A certified personal trainer will design a program which will include strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training. This will be able to help you receive the goals in which you are looking for.
FOLLOW-UP: A certified personal trainer will make sure you are on the right path with your workouts.
TIME ORIENTATIONS TAKE: Schedule at least 90 minutes for your orientation.
WHAT TO WEAR: Wear your athletic apparel.
