ADVOCARE TESTIMONIAL

On the recommendation of our son we started on Advocare products February 21, 2011.  My wife and I both started with the 24 day challenge.  By March 17th, 24 days later, I had lost 24 pounds, went from a 36 to a 32 waist.  My wife had lost 18 pounds and a total of 15 inches.  We both continued on Advocare products and incorporated them into our daily lives.  As of today, August 29th, 2011 I have lost a total of 30 pounds while maintaining my 32 inch waist.  My wife has lost a total of 25 pounds and 19 total inches.

Here is the best part for me. I was a diabetic(7.7), taking 1000mg of medformin twice daily.  My triglycerides were 299 and I was on blood pressure medicine.  After staying on the AdvoCare products I was able to lower my diabetic number to 6.2, STOP TAKING all of my medformin, my triglycerides came back at 100 and I am off of my blood pressure medicine! 

My wife and I feel great and life at 67 is good, thank you AdvoCare!!
